<image:caption>We coach, advise and train philanthropists on the effects of systemic oppression and privilege in their thinking, giving and decision-making. We teach them how to become champions for social justice and true allies to people of color, their grantees and peers.</image:caption>

<image:title>Our Services</image:title>
<image:caption>WE SUPPORT progressive, social justice-minded and introspective philanthropists to be extraordinary allies, humble partners and conscientious decision-makers in our shared pursuit of equity and liberation. We do that through workshops, trainings, individual & group coaching, and strategic advising. For us, a philanthropist is anyone who gives a financial gift- large or small- to organizations working on issues they care about.</image:caption>

<image:title>Our Clients</image:title>
<image:caption>WE WORK WITH progressive community foundations, family foundations, membership networks, and nonprofits in the social justice space. Most importantly, we work with donors within these organizations: board members and trustees of foundations and nonprofits, donor advised fund holders, giving circle members, and members of philanthropic networks and affinity groups. We’ve also worked with staff of funder organizations who, as stewards of financial resources, wield extraordinary power and privilege within the social justice field. We work with open-minded and big-hearted people who want to become valued, collaborative and effective partners in our shared pursuit of liberation, inclusion and justice. They’re committed to championing equity and dismantling white supremacy, but may not know how to do it in a way that is supportive and respectful of their grantees and oppressed communities.</image:caption>
